All product testing and purchasing are coordinated through Head Office. Our experienced buyers are in constant contact with the best purveyors and food processors throughout North America. The Purchasing Department selects and buys for all stores, thus making quick, sizable purchases at the best possible prices. The majority of our suppliers offer us special rates on products purchased.
