Re-franchise Opportunities
A Re-franchise opportunity is a chance to obtain an established business with known revenue and expenses.
Existing stores re-franchise for a variety of reasons: retirement, divorce, illness, etc. Re-franchise
opportunities can be more or less the cost of a new store depending on a variety of factors: asset or share
purchase, sales history, required renovations, etc.
In addition to the purchase, there is approximately $60,000 paid by the purchaser for:
- Inventory
- Training
- Transfer fee
- Legal fees
- Cash on hand to run the business
Candidates must indicate that they have 50% of the total investment available to them in unencumbered funds.
The re-franchise process takes between eight to twelve weeks from the time a purchase agreement is in place.
This allows sufficient time for financing to be arranged and training to be completed.
