Field Consulting and Operational Support
The role of the Field Consultant is to act as the liaison between the Franchisee and M&M Meat Shops Head Office. Initially the Field Consultant will help Franchisees prepare for the Grand Opening and then work with you for one week afterwards or (in the case of a refranchise) work with you the evening of and the week following the store transfer. In addition, they will continue to be the key contact with Head Office for Franchisees, providing them with expertise and support on an on-going basis. M&M Meat Shops is proud of its historical and continued commitment to the Field Consultant-Franchisee relationship. Field Consultants strive to grow the operational abilities as well as the business acumen of their Franchisees through Business Planning, Benchmarking, operational assessments, seasonal meetings and workshops.
